Founders
Founded  on August 6, 2010, Mirror Image Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit ministry.
We are not affiliated with any church or denomination. Our purpose is to serve, assist and support the common good of the community. This is currently  a 'pure volunteer' ministry, which has no paid staff or employees.
Linda Dorrough and her daughter Kristina have a heart for the community and desire to find ways to help the people in Exeter and the surrounding areas to improve themselves physically, spiritually and emotionally. The vision for Mirror Image Ministries started with the idea of needing more meeting rooms for the Celebrate Recovery program that Linda is involved with, and when they saw the "yellow house" on E Street as a possible meeting place, the vision that God had for them came to life. They quickly discovered that this would not be about Celebrate Recovery, but a whole different direction that God wanted them to go. That took place in July of 2010, and the vision continues to grow. They are excited to see where this ministry in the community will take them, and look forward to serving Exeter and the surrounding areas where they are able to.

Mirror Image Ministries officially became a non-profit ministry on Wednesday, November 9th, 2011.

Our Directors

Stan & Shirley Curtis are our directors at the "Old Yellow House", our Women's Transitional Living Center. Stan was an alcoholic and gave his life to God in September 1989.  He met and Married Shirley in December of 1991.  Together they have grown in ministry.

They helped start Freedom in Recovery in 2004 at the Presbyterian Church in Visalia, CA.  In 2006, God led them to the Tule Reservation to start a recovery group named Recovery Thru Jesus Christ. After 2 years God led them to start a recovery group at their church, Christian Faith Fellowship, which they are still facilitating.

On January 18, 2012, Mirror Image Ministry offered them a volunteer position as Directors at the "Old Yellow House", and they agreed to take on this full time volunteer job as of March 1st 2012. Their hearts are to see women become healthy physically, spiritually and mentally.
